In 73-75 , with my Brother & a VW Van, what else?, we drove from Vancouver BC to Punta Arenas. I’ve solo travelled India for 9 months, rest of SE Asia for another 8 months essentially all by regular bus, , In a little more than 3 months, I’ll be visiting Africa for the 3rd time, last trip was from Egypt to Capetown, mostly by bus, or train. Shortly, Feb, I’ll make my 3rd trip to Africa, with approx 5 months in about 8 countries

This is a lengthy preamble to tell how much I enjoyed your articles on Porto. It was a totally joy to read, light & bubbly but so Full of info, & colour, & flavour. It will be my only “guide book” while I’m there.

You are very damn good at this.
